Location information
If you allow it, we collect your approximate location through your browser's geolocation feature. We use this to identify your nearest city in our directory and pre-fill address fields. Your coordinates are sent to Mapbox, our geocoding provider, to convert addresses to map coordinates and vice versa. Mapbox's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy. We do not store your resolved location; it is used only for the current session and discarded when you leave the page.
Automatically collected information
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics may set cookies on your browser and collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Our interactive maps use tiles from OpenStreetMap. When map tiles load, OpenStreetMap's tile server may receive your IP address. This is governed by OpenStreetMap's privacy policy.
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard request information including IP addresses for security and performance purposes, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Connect you with local radon testing and mitigation providers when you submit a quote request
- Show you relevant providers in your area on our interactive maps

How we share your information

- Service providers: We use Mapbox for geocoding, Google Analytics for site analytics, OpenStreetMap for map tiles, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking

- Quote form: Providing personal information in quote requests is entirely voluntary.
Data retention
We no longer store your resolved location in your browser. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention periods. Quote request information is retained only as long as needed to facilitate the connection with a service provider.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
International visitors
The Site is operated from Canada and the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside North America, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada or the United States where our service providers are located.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
